In order to draw aside certain preconceived ideas and to specify what the concept of regeneration really means it is necessary to understand that industrial regeneration is basically different from the reloading of batteries. By comparison, 20 batteries in phase of regeneration, as practised with material RBC, do not produce more hydrogen than one battery of truck recharging with an energetic charger.

Explanation of the R.B.C process

The electric power is produced within the framework of a "Redox center". 

This energy production is a kind of perpetual motion. 

When discharging (losing its charge), the lead and the acid do combine in lead sulphate.

When charging, the phenomenon is reversed but it is known that the ideal perpetual motion does not exist. 

 

In a simple way, any energy production implies an unspecified consumption (according to the type of energy manufactured). In a battery, the succession of the cycles "charge - discharge" consumes lead in the form of oxidation. There is thus a waste, which, in the species, is characterized visually by the lead sulphate formation "" (white powder). Consequence

The density of acid in the electrolyte drops below the rational threshold. The lead sulphate forms a kind of insulator on the plates which considerably reduces the electric exchanges (with the discharge, as with the load). Poor contacts can occur and roast the elements. The accumulation of lead sulphate in the pores of the plates de-structure them, as freezing bursts the stone.

 

Conclusion

To prolong (extend) the life of a battery, it needs to be fully de-sulphated.

The objective of regeneration is not to send into the battery phenomenal powers of energy.

One is in another logic, that of the resonance of materials, the de-structurization of lead sulphate and the polarization of atoms.

 

An effective and complex process resulting from several years of research.

One injects a sequential wave at variable and flexible frequencies which, combined with a (carrying) current de-structure lead sulphate crystals.

 

The combined action "sequence + wave + current" allows:

 

• First of all "to break and dissolve" the lead sulphate crystals.

 

• Then to release in the electrolyte materials components.

 

Under this permanent constraint, the electrochemical inversion can be carried out:

 

• Lead atoms - metal separate from the molecules of sulphuric acid and polarize again on the plates.

 

• The acid purifies and finds its original structure.

 

• The density of the electrolyte goes up to its normal value.

 

The battery can again function as at the first day.

ADVANTAGES

Instead of wasting and throwing "a whole manufactured unit" (battery), simply because it is sulphated, the exclusive process R B C not only makes it possible "to clean" the interior of this unit, but also "to organize" the components. This process reduces the wasting considerably.

 

Other advantages of the RBC process

The industrial regeneration, as practised with the R B C process is a "soft" treatment.

It is not based on violent injections of energy in the battery which have as disadvantages:

 

• To worsen sulphating,

 

• To make heat or roast the cells,

 

• To delude the consumer by a "temporary" recharging.

 

In addition, in its environmental logic, R B C endeavours to develop processes "with low consumption of energy".

 

Remark

 

To regenerate batteries is not a matter for miracle, but science. This provision of services applies to batteries whose quality and state are suitable. (Are excluded, broken, shorted-circuit, exaggeratedly discharged or reloaded batteries, or other ill will).
